Our process follows four stages: Discovery (requirements, architecture planning, and timeline definition), Design & Prototyping (wireframes, UI design, and client approval), Development & Testing (iterative builds with regular demos and QA), and Delivery & Support (deployment, documentation, and post-launch assistance). You are involved at every key stage.

Timelines depend on scope and complexity. A focused integration or automation workflow typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full web or mobile application ranges from 2–4 months. A complex enterprise platform or AI system may take 3–6 months or more. We provide a detailed timeline during the discovery phase.

We offer two pricing models depending on the nature of your project. Fixed-price contracts are used for well-defined projects with a clear scope, providing full cost certainty from the start. Time & materials pricing is used for evolving projects or ongoing development work where flexibility is needed.

Yes. For fixed-price projects, we typically require a deposit of 30–50% upon contract signing, with the remaining balance tied to defined project milestones. This structure protects both parties and ensures commitment on all sides.

Yes. After the discovery call, we prepare a detailed proposal including a full scope of work, technology plan, timeline, and transparent pricing. There is no obligation to proceed after receiving the proposal.

Yes. We offer monthly retainer agreements for ongoing development, feature enhancements, technical support, and infrastructure management. Retainer clients receive priority response times and a dedicated point of contact.

All projects include a post-launch support period (typically 30–60 days) during which we fix any bugs, assist with onboarding, and ensure everything runs smoothly in production. After that, we offer optional maintenance plans for ongoing support, updates, and infrastructure monitoring.

Yes. We regularly perform technical audits and take over existing codebases. After a thorough review of the existing system, we provide a health report and a clear plan for stabilisation, improvements, or full migration if needed.

Yes. We can set up, manage, and monitor your entire cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, or your preferred provider. This includes server provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, SSL certificates, backups, uptime monitoring, and security hardening.
