Refund Policy

1. Consultation Sessions

Strategy consultation sessions booked and paid for through the site can be fully refunded if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the session time.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be provided, except in documented cases of force majeure.

2. Software Development Projects

For software development projects, refund conditions are defined in the specific contract. In the absence of different contractual provisions:

• Initial deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
• Payments for milestones completed and approved by the client are non-refundable.
• In case of dispute, GeniBridge commits to finding a fair solution within 14 days of receiving the request.

3. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to info@genibridge.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your name, the booking/purchase date, and reason for the request
3. The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion, without providing any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already fully performed with the consumer's consent.
