By accessing and using GENIBRIDGE LLC ("GeniBridge") services, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
GeniBridge provides custom software development, AI solutions, web and mobile development, e-commerce, fintech, and cloud infrastructure services. The details of each project are defined in a separate written agreement (contract or statement of work).
The online booking service allows you to purchase a strategy consultation session. Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment completion. GeniBridge reserves the right to cancel a session with a full refund in case of unforeseen circumstances.
All prices listed on the site are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made according to the methods specified in the contract. GeniBridge reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.
Source code, designs, and digital products developed by GeniBridge become the client's property upon full payment of the agreed fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party frameworks, open-source libraries, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
GeniBridge commits to keeping client confidential information private. The client agrees not to disclose GeniBridge's proprietary methodologies, processes, and tools.
GeniBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use its services. GeniBridge's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months.
GeniBridge is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, infrastructure outages, etc.).
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GeniBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with at least 14 days' notice.
